– non negotiable values

– having clear vision and values

– solid leadership structure

– financial stability

2) gershonites: tent

– systematic momentum

– systems in place to develop the vision

* mission statement is hanging in the wall but systems is what is happening in the hall

* u do not need a great product to be successful but the system in developing the product.

i) make it easy, can everybody do it?

ii) is it obvious, does everyone knows about it?

iii) is it strategic? Does it work?

3) kohathites the furniture/ holy things

– spiritual things

– the presence if God

i) focus on the word of God. Creative ways

– develop self-feeders

ii) focus on worship- the passion of the church

iii) focus on prayer
